Where's my Water?

Two years ago I did move to a lovely little house with everything that I wanted, except water! So some taps to provide such we're needed...
All made from pieces of scrap I'd collected and carted around with me over the years.

I spend alot of time trawling around the Interwebs looking and watching things folk have made. I saw this image and had to have a go. Was a bit of a challenge and there is more to it than meets the eye. Made using pallet wood. Made a few that were given away and have my own which I use when I go away. Is heavy but sturdy, and suits me and my daggy old pick up truck.

Stone Bench

A commission using a broken slate hearthstone from the owners house. Built into the bank and supported with stone from a local quarry. Big enough for three people.
