A commission using a broken slate hearthstone from the owners house. Built into the bank and supported with stone from a local quarry. Big enough for three people.
I spend alot of time trawling around the Interwebs looking and watching things folk have made. I saw this image and had to have a go. Was a bit of a challenge and there is more to it than meets the eye. Made using pallet wood. Made a few that were given away and have my own which I use when I go away. Is heavy but sturdy, and suits me and my daggy old pick up truck.
A party of 'Heroes and Villains' to go to. Prosthetic made with latex and porridge oats of all things. The robes were my first venture into the realms of the Sewing Machine...
